Marilyn Manson a filcher?
Marilyn Manson is facing legal action from his former keyboardist after a new complaint was filed, accusing the shock rocker of spending the band's earnings on items made from human remains.
Madonna Wayne Gacy - real name Stephen Gregory Bier Jr. - made the revelation in new legal papers added to his existing lawsuit against the singer, in which he accuses the star of failing to pay him during his time in the band.
Bier filed the original lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in August (07), in which he claims Manson squandered his band's earnings on "sick and disturbing" Nazi memorabilia and a skeleton of a young Chinese girl, among other unusual items. Bier claims Manson, his business manager, lawyer and the band's manager "filched millions of dollars" from the band's earnings, after promising Bier "partnership proceeds" from the group in 1993.
And in the new complaint filed by Bier's lawyer Keith Fink on Wednesday (21Nov07), Bier says Manson bought another skeleton of a man in a wheelchair, and African masks made of human skin - both illegal in the U.S. - according to the New York Post's gossip column PageSix.
Bier also stated in the lawsuit that Manson arranged to have his actress girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood receive the "highest salary ever paid to any actress in any music video in history" for her appearance in the promo for Heart Shaped Glasses. Manson's representative has yet to comment on the new legal complaint.

Paulina Rubio Visa Legal Issues?
PAULINA RUBIO's record company has denied reports the singer's been refused U.S. residency due to drug use, insisting the Latina's move to Miami, Florida went ahead without any problems. The 36-year-old and her husband Nicolas Vallejo-Nagera are alleged to have travelled to the U.S. consulate in Juarez, Mexico in September (07) to apply for their visa, and both underwent a medical exam at the International Medical Clinic as part of the process.
According to Mexican newspaper El Diario de Chihuahua, the couple's tests came back positive for marijuana use, while Vallejo-Nagera's also showed results for ecstasy and cocaine - resulting in the rejection of their visa application. But Rubio's label, Universal, has disputed the media reports, telling PeopleEnEspanol.com, "Contrary to what is being reported, Paulina Rubio and her husband, Nicholas Vallejo-NĂ¡gera, go about their normal lives in the United States and may enter and leave the country freely."

T.I. Says Evidence Illegally Obtained
Rapper T.I. has accused authorities in Atlanta, Georgia, of obtaining evidence unlawfully in relation to his illegal weapons charges. The Bring 'Em Out star - real name Clifford Harris Jr. - was arrested in his hometown of Atlanta last month (Oct07) on suspicion of taking possession of three machine guns and two silencers that a bodyguard allegedly purchased on his behalf. But the MC's legal team filed a number of motions in a U.S. District Court on Monday (19Nov07) asking for a judge to prohibit the use of evidence seized on the day of his arrest, in addition to statements he made to police during the incident.
T.I.'s attorneys claim the rapper's car was raided without a search warrant, consent or probable cause, while his statements to authorities may not have been made voluntarily. Therefore, they allege the federal agents failed to honour his rights as a U.S. citizen.
T.I. is currently being held on house arrest under 24-hour surveillance after being released from jail on $3 million (£1.5 million) bail. A date for his trial has yet to be set. The 27-year-old is facing up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 (£125,000) fine for each count - possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers and possession of firearms by a convicted felon - if convicted.

Hulk Hogan's Son Banned From Driving
HULK HOGAN's son NICK BOLLEA has had his driving licence suspended for one year by police in Florida. The 17-year-old was booked on a dangerous driving charge in relation to his summer (07) car crash on 7 November (07). But officials in Tampa have suspended his licence because they deem him to be a dangerous driver.
Ann Nucatola, spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, says, "We have the ability to suspend someone's license if we believe what they could be convicted of is a potential danger should this person remain on the road. "We've deemed him dangerous to the general public on the road." Bollea has also been ordered to pay a fine for driving 170 kilometres per hour (106 miles per hour) during the crash or have his license suspended indefinitely. The amount of the fine was not known.
The teen was travelling with his pal, U.S. Marine John Graziano, 22, when he lost control of his father's Toyota Supra on a Florida highway in August.
According to officials, the vehicle flipped at high speed and collided with a palm tree. The teenager, who will be tried as an adult, turned himself in to police on 5 November (07) and was charged with reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

New B.I.G. Murder Evidence?
The term ‘new evidence' is again in the news regarding the murder of NY hip hop legend Notorious B.I.G. United States District Court Judge Florence-Marie Cooper in a ruling Friday said that the civil lawsuit being brought by the family of the late hip hop legend could be amended because of newly discovered evidence.
After 11 years and much investigation it is hard to believe there is something new that police officials don't already know about. Even the attorney for the city of Los Angeles, Thomas Reichert, said Monday that this new evidence was "old wine, new bottles."
The same ‘new evidence' story is being put forth in the murder of hip hop icon Tupac Shakur, 11 years after his assassination in Las Vegas. Theories and hip hop ‘hood legends' have been rampant since the assassination of Tupac Shakur and the assassination of Notorious B.I.G.; two of the cultures biggest name rap artists.
Is there really any new evidence or is this all just a hip hop witch hunt? Read the complete story at www.thuglifearmy.com

Former Lynyrd Skynyrd Drummer Jailed
Rockers LYNYRD SKYNYRD's former drummer ARTIMUS PYLE has been jailed after failing to register as a sex offender. The 59-year-old - real name Thomas Delmer Pyle - pleaded guilty in 1993 to charges of attempted sexual battery on a victim younger than 12 and also principal to lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 16 years old.
He was sentenced to eight years' probation and ordered to register as a sex offender. But Pyle is currently being held in Florida on $10,000 (£5,000) bail after his failure to register as a convicted sex offender was discovered when he renewed his driver's licence in the state. His renewal details were automatically forwarded to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement sex offender database, and authorities discovered Pyle had not registered since 2001.
Pyle was told to register as a sex offender in his current state of residency, but he has since failed to change his address and register in person as required by Florida law. In official documents obtained by website TMZ.com, Pyle blames the non-registration on his hectic lifestyle, saying he "travels a lot".

Ernie Carletti on Ice?
Former ICED EARTH guitarist ERNIE CARLETTI has been convicted for kidnapping and raping a University of Delaware student in 2003. The 32-year-old rocker was found guilty on two counts of first degree rape and one count of first-degree kidnapping in court on Monday (19Nov07).
Carletti reportedly admitted to abducting the student, and tying her up at his Maryland home, but he insisted he did not rape the unnamed woman. He also denied he used a gun in the kidnapping. After handcuffing her, Carletti said he shackled her legs and put duct tape over her eyes and then drove to his home. He maintained the woman was a willing abductee, but prosecutor Donald R. Roberts told the court the rocker tied a blindfold so tight around the woman's face, he burst one of her eye vessels, and she almost passed out, according to Blabbermouth.net.
Upon arriving at his home, Carletti said he gagged his captive's mouth, placed her on a table and tied her up. He later cut the woman loose when he realised she was uncomfortable and then returned her to where he had picked her up. Carletti became a suspect in May 2006 and was arrested after police matched his fingerprints to a print found on the duct tape that had been placed over one of the victim's eyes. The rocker was charged earlier this year (07) in another sexual assault that occurred when he was in high school.
According to court documents in that pending case, Carletti allegedly tied a school friend to a chair, locked her in his bedroom closet and then raped her.

Derek Jeter A Tax Cheater?
MARIAH CAREY's baseball star ex-boyfriend DEREK JETER is to be investigated by New York tax inspectors who claim he lied about where he lives. New York Yankees player Jeter claims primary residence in Florida - but New York state officials believe he spends most of his time at his Manhattan home and should pay them tax on all his earnings.
Inspectors plan to probe the player's whereabouts between 2001 and 2003. If he is found to have been lying he will have to hand over more than $250,000 (£125,000). Law expert Steve Golden tells the New York Post, "New York goes after everything. Phone bills, credit cards bills, you name it, they go after it. "New York goes after every little detail and puts together their own calendar to compare to your calendar."

American Idol Finalist Gets Probation
Former AMERICAN IDOL finalist JESSICA SIERRA has been sentenced to 12 months' probation after pleading no contest to battery and drugs charges. The 21-year-old, who made it to the final 10 in the 2005 series of the U.S. reality show, was accused of hitting a man with a heavy glass at a cafe in Tampa, Florida, in April (07). She was also charged with possession of cocaine. But Sierra escaped a jail term for the offences when she appeared in a Tampa court on Monday (19Nov07), and was instead put on one year's probation. She will also be allowed to have the charge removed from her record once the probation period is up.
Sierra has been receiving treatment from a California rehabilitation clinic since July (07) as part of a VH1 reality show, and her attorney credits the TV opportunity for allowing the singer to clean up her lifestyle. Lawyer John Fitzgibbons tells People.com, "She's done very well. The TV show did offer her the opportunity to participate in a drug treatment programme and our feeling was, there was no downside to it. "It's an excellent programme, and she got help, and that can be very expensive in today's world. So it's kind of a win-win for her."
